Processing Time
Personalized jewelry orders take 14 to 20 business days to produce.
Other customized items such as mugs, t-shirts, tote bags and gifts take 3 to 7 business days.
Production times may vary depending on the level of customization, but we’ll always communicate if additional time is needed.

Shipping Within South Africa
We ship nationwide using trusted couriers.
Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days once your order has been dispatched.
Remote or outlying areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
If free shipping is available, it will be clearly stated on the website or during promotions.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Incorrect Address
If you submitted an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately.
We can only update your address before the order has been shipped.

Delays
Delivery delays caused by weather, load-shedding, strikes, or courier backlogs are unfortunately out of our control.
We will always assist you with tracking updates and follow-ups.

Custom Orders
Because Urban iKon specializes in personalized products, production times vary by item.
If we anticipate any extended timeline, we will inform you before we begin production.
