Personalized Items
Most of our products are custom made. Because of this, returns for reasons like “change of mind” aren’t allowed once production starts.
However, we do stand behind our quality.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you receive your order and you are not satisfied with the quality, or if something doesn’t look the way it should based on the order you placed, we will work with you to make it right.

This may include:
• Remaking the item
• Repair
• Partial refund
• Full refund (in specific cases)

We handle each case individually to make sure the solution is fair for both you and us.

 

General Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made items once production has begun.

What Isn’t Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for the following:
• Incorrect spellings or details provided by the customer
• Wear and tear after use
• Changes in personal preference after receiving the item
• Late reports (after 48 hours)

Eligibility for Returns (Non-Personalized Items Only)
If your item is not customized, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
We will repair, replace or remake the item at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once a personalized item is in progress, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns Shipping
Return shipping costs for eligible returns are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds (for eligible items only) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
